Instructions
To Smoke Pesto Flatbread
Set the smoker to highest setting for pellet grill ~425% (if possible)
Place flatbread on cutting board and spread on an even layer of pesto
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese
Place toppings on flatbread
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over flatbread evenly
Place flatbread in pellet grill for 10-12 at 425 degrees
Remove the flatbread, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing
To Bake Pesto Flatbread
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place flatbread on cutting board and spread on an even layer of pesto
Add a layer of mozzarella cheese
Place toppings on flatbread
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over flatbread evenly
Place flatbread in oven for 10-12 minutes
Remove, and allow the flatbread to rest for 5 minutes before slicing
